Refund policy

 

All sales final, no returns or exchanges unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Please use the chat now button on the website with any issues or questions.

 

Epoxy Tumblers- NO REFUNDS on broken tumblers, if you would like us to try and "fix" it there will be a fee of $15 and customer will pay to ship the tumbler to Kactus and Co as well as shipping back to customer. The damage needs to be assessed by Kactus and Co before returning the product. 

Snow Globes- once you receive your snow globe it is your responsibility to keep it safe. Most of these are glass and WILL BREAK if you drop it. There is no refunds at all on broken snow globes. If there is a problem with your snow globe in shipment please take documented photos and reach out to Kactus and Co via chat now on the website with 48 hours of receiving your product.  If the package was damaged and the snow globe was broken in transpiration you need to go on the USPS website and file a claim. All of our shipments have insurance on them to cover USPS damages. 

Apparel- once your item is ordered/pressed we do not offer a refund. If you are needing your apparel by a certain date please make sure you order in time for our 10-14 business day turnaround time as well as USPS to ship. We will not refund your purchase if you do not receive your apparel in time as long as we shipped it out in our timeframe.  IF seller and customer come to an agreement on a refund there will always be a 20% restocking fee. No shipping will be refunded and customer must pay for shipping back to Kactus and Co.
